These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Padu.live ("Platform"), operated by Padu.live ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Padu.live is a unified messaging management platform that allows businesses to manage their Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp Business messages, and website live chat conversations from a single dashboard.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • One person or legal entity per account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful business communication purposes
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Not impersonate other individuals or businesses
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards
  • Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect your Instagram Business Account, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp Business Account:

  • You authorize us to access and manage messages on your behalf
  • You remain responsible for all content sent through your connected accounts
  • You may disconnect your accounts at any time through the Platform or through Meta's settings
  • We will delete associated data upon disconnection as per our Privacy Policy

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including its design, code, and features, is our intellectual property
  • You retain ownership of your message content and business data
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Meta, hosting providers)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta that affect your connected accounts

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
