Padu.live ("we", "us", "our") operates the Padu.live platform, a unified messaging management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

Social Media Data: When you connect your Instagram Business Account or Facebook Page to our platform, we access:

  • Your Instagram Business Account profile information (username, profile picture)
  • Messages sent to and received from your Instagram Business Account
  • Your Facebook Page information (page name, page ID)

We only access data that you explicitly authorize through Meta's OAuth flow.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide our messaging service: Receive, display, and send messages on behalf of your connected business accounts
  • Manage your account: Authenticate your identity and maintain your preferences
  • Improve our platform: Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Customer support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or message content with third parties, except:

  • Service providers: Hosting providers (for infrastructure), payment processors (for billing)

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt

5. Data Retention

  • Messages: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
  • Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
  • Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Revoke Meta permissions at any time through Facebook Settings

7. Meta Platform Data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We:

  • Only request permissions necessary for our service functionality
  • Do not use Meta data for advertising or sell it to data brokers
  • Delete Meta user data when a user disconnects their account or requests deletion
  • Provide users with the ability to revoke access at any time

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
